Our roof was not typical. The roof was made of SIP panels and was a butterfly shape - upside down, if you will, of the typical roof with a ridge at the top. Furthermore, we wanted a membrane roof not usually done in residential work, only commercial. Martin special ordered the material, then stored it for months while our contractor was late. He kept in touch, always responded to text/ email and honored his original quote despite the delays and storage. The crew was professional and careful and worked diligently. Despite wind and rain they paused the minimum time to be safe and finished the job quickly. We were building a new house and he was the one and only contractor I highly recommend.

This local roofing company is reliable, professional and communicates regularly and effectively. We used Radium Springs Roofing 3 years ago for a total roof replacement and they did an outstanding job. We’ve since moved and he’s now set up to do some maintenance on our current roof.
